today was the last day of the california gift show. I just worked a weeks time in 4 days, and no weekend either.
I met this girl across from our booth named lisa. She's a senior at UCSD. if you ever see her, tell her I said hi.
btw. she's eye candy and likes to play mah jong. don't tell her i said that. too bad I didn't take a picture.
so basically the whole idea of the gift show was to sell our products. I made alot of potential clients and alot of big money sales. Saturday was our biggest day with a huge order of $7000 from a new client. The funny thing is, the client wanted all globes. I had 3 clients ask about globes, and they're all from japan! must be a hot market there.
So today was the slowest day of the show. most exhibitors know this, and some even leave a day early, even when they're not supposed to. It was so slow that I feel asleep on our poker tables. One customer shook me awake and said, "don't worry, it's almost over!" That was funny. I gave her some free pokerchip keychains just for being so nice.
maybe i'll talk about it more tomorrow or something. I'm physically and mentally exhausted.
until next time.
